Why estimate a property in Algeria?
An estimate is a key step before selling, renting or investing. With Immorio’s free estimator you can:
- Know what your property is worth on today’s market.
- Compare with prices in your municipality and wilaya.
- Set a fair price to sell faster without underselling.
- Avoid the surprises of an under- or over-valuation.
How the estimator works
- The reference price: We start from the median price per m² of recent sales in your commune, else the wilaya, else nationwide.
- Comparable properties: Online listings of the same type and a similar size refine that price when there are at least three.
- The details: Area, rooms, floor and condition adjust the result, and a range reflects how much data is available.
Good to know
A property’s market value can differ from what you paid for it: it follows local price trends and supply and demand at the time of sale.
What affects a property’s value
- Location: the municipality, the neighbourhood, nearby schools, shops and transport.
- Property type: apartment, villa, house, shop or land: each market has its own prices.
- Size and layout: a large, well-arranged space adds value.
- Condition: a new or renovated property sells better than one needing work.
- Floor and amenities: a lift, parking, air conditioning or an open view weigh on the price.
- Market trends: recent price changes in the wilaya.

Limits and liability
The estimate is for information only. It is calculated automatically from listings published on Immorio and may differ from your property’s real value.
- It is not a valuation by an expert, professional advice, or an offer to buy or sell.
- No legal, land-registry, technical or tax checks are made.
- It does not replace a certified expert valuation where one is required.
- Visiting the property may move the price either way.
Using the estimator does not make Immorio liable. See the terms of use
