How the ranking is computed
A score out of 100, recomputed every night from Immorio data. No agency can pay to rank higher.
- Activity30 points
- Live listings in the wilaya, up to 30 (no extra points beyond).
- Sales25 points
- Properties marked sold in the wilaya over the last 12 months, up to 10.
- Reviews25 points
- Verified reviews: the average rating, weighted by the number of reviews up to 10 (a few 5-star reviews don’t beat many 4-star ones).
- Response time20 points
- Median time to a first reply over the contacts of the last 90 days: under 1 h = 20 pts, under 2 h = 15 pts, under 6 h = 10 pts, under 24 h = 5 pts. Over 24 h, or too few contacts: 0.
On a tie, the agency with more live listings comes first. An agency appears in a wilaya as soon as it has a live listing or a sale there in 12 months.
